Starksboro — Vermont State Police are investigating an incident in Starksboro. An unknown suspect used a shotgun to shoot and damage a fiber-optic line located behind 175 Ruby Brace Rd.
Comcast of Middlebury reports that 600 homes are effected by the vandalism and the estimated repair cost is $15,000.
