Rutland — Can you help? The Rutland Region Chamber of Commerce is collecting items for "Welcome Bags"--up to 180 Red Cross volunteers coming to Rutland to assist the Gift of Life Marathon Blood Drive, Dec. 18.
If your business or employer can donate small useful items, the Chamber will take any large quantity or up to 180 dropped off at its downtown office (50 Merchants Row) in Rutland for stuffing in the bag next week.
