Ripton — The Vermont State Police arrested Brian Booksa, 37, of Middlebury for an alleged abuse prevention order violation in Ripton.
The VSP does not release the names of victims of alleged sexual assault or domestic violence.
Booska was lodged at the Chittenden County Correction Center for lack of $10,000 bail. Booska appeared in Addison Superior Court Dec. 10.
