Orwell — A Vermont State Police trooper conducted a motor vehicle stop on Lawrence Wicks, 49, of New Jersey, for failing to drive to the right on North Orwell Road in Orwell.
During the stop, Wicks’ privilege to drive in Vermont was found to be criminally suspended.
Wicks was processed at the New Haven State Police Barracks and was subsequently released with a citation to appear at the Addison Court Criminal Division.
