SIMON - Rutland County Humane Society

One and a half year old. Neutered Male. American Shelter Dog.

I am beautifully athletic and will make a great partner for someone who runs or skis. I definitely will need a lot of exercise of take the edge off. No couch potato families for me, please. I’m enjoying being at RCHS and the staff is seeing progress in terms of my manners and the improvements in my self-confidence. I haven’t had any doggie play dates yet but my body language tells the staff I might have fun.

TAJA - Rutland County Humane Society

Eight year old. Spayed Female. American Shelter Dog.

I am an older gal who has been through a lot in the past month or so and I am just now settling into my life at RCHS. It’s nice to be with people who care about me but I sure would like a home with a couch of my own. I am quiet when I first meet people but do have a playful side (squeaky toys, watch out) and I love to throw my toys around when I get excited.
