Salisbury — Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle on Upper Plains Road in Salisbury in which Daniel Raymond, 26, of Middlebury was a passenger.
During the stop, police said that Raymond was found to be in possession of marijuana.
Raymond was processed at the New Haven State Police Barracks and subsequently released with a citation to appear at the Addison Criminal Division.
