Vermont-bred comic Brent McCoy.

— Rusty “The Logger” Dewees has met his match, Meet Vermonter Brent McCoy, a comic performer who looks like he just came from the construction site. In “The Real McCoy Show”, McCoy combines circus stunts with lightning fast wit for a rollicking comic experience.

“This ain't just a funny guy in a hard hat, it's the Real McCoy,” McCoy bills himself.

McCoy is an internationally touring physical comedian who looks like a construction worker.

With technical skill and an ability to connect with his audience, he has appeared at festivals, theaters, colleges, schools and corporate events since 2005.

When he’s not touring, McCoy teaches school residencies and workshops, produces Vaudeville shows, and spends time in northeastern Vermont.

The McShow show is appropriate for the entire family. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students.

Tickets are available at Classic Stitching, the Vergennes Opera House or online at www.VergennesOperaHouse.org.
