Masonic fraternity donates clothing

Presenting a clothing donation to  Lincoln School secretary Deirdre Zele, on behalf of Libanus Lodge 47 were Steve Jarvis, senior warden, and Bertha Allen. The lodge members thanked community members that support of the lodge’s monthly breakfast buffet.

— Members of Libanus Lodge 47 of the Free and Accepted Masons in Bristol donated winter clothing to needy students at Lincoln Elementary School as a part of the Grand Lodge of Vermont’s Warm the Children project.

New snow boots, snow pants, winter coats, sweaters, warm-up pants and warm socks were donated.

The breakfast is held on the second Sunday of every month at the Lodge on the corner of North and Elm Streets in Bristol, 7:30 to 10:30 p.m.
