Ivy Knipes
Monkton — Greentree Real Estate has hired Ivy Knipes of Ferrisburgh as a realtor.
Knipes has been licensed since 2006 and currently has designations as an accredited buyer representative and short sale and foreclosure resource.
She is a native Vermonter growing up in Essex Junction and holds a B.A. degree from Trinity College. She specializes in equine properties, rural properties, and also first time home buyers.
Greentree Real Estate is located in Monkton, Vermont and is owned by Bill and Phyllis Martin.
