Leicester — Vermont State Police troopers responded to a report of a dispute in Leicester Oct. 26. Upon arrival, troopers found on of the parties had an active arrest warrant for failure to appear in Rutland District Court for charges of retail theft. Krystal LaRoche, 26, of West Rutland was taken into custody and transported to Marble Valley Correctional Facility.
