Rutland — On Nov. 8, at 1:02 p.m., a member of the Vermont State Police conducted a traffic stop on South Main Street in the City of Rutland.
Donald J. Pratt, 66, of Rutland was stopped after he was found operating his 2003 GMC Sonoma Truck with a with a criminally suspended license.
Pratt’s license has been suspended since 2000 when he was convicted of DUI.
He was taken cited at the scene, and released with a citation to appear in Rutland Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date and time to answer to the charge of criminal driving, license suspended.
