Middlebury — Historic Pulp Mill Bridge reopens to traffic Friday, Nov. 9. The official opening will be held at noon at the old covered bridge linking Middlebury and Weybridge.
A cumbersome detour during reconstruction of the bridge had local commuters drive miles out of their way.
Normal traffic patterns will resume once the bridge opens.
