Rutland — On Nov. 20, a Vermont State Police trooper conducted a traffic stop on Terrill Street in Rutland. Alexandria A. Pugliese, 23, of South Londonderry was stopped after she was observed operating her Subaru Forrester on U.S. Business Route 4A in Rutland Townwith a criminally suspended license.
Pugliese was taken into custody, processed at the Rutland Barracks and released with a citation to appear in Rutland Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date and time to answer to the charge of criminal driving license suspended. Her vehicle was also towed and the registrations plates were removed.
