Indoor sports at Rutland's Giorgetti Arena this winter

— The 2013 indoor season at Giorgetti Arena in Rutland begin March 10, located at the intersection of U.S. Route 7 and U.S. Route 4 in central Vermont.

Adult soccer players looking for drop-in playing opportunities we will hold a men’s 35 plus, 8:05 p.m., and co-educational, age 18 plus, 9:05 p.m., drop-in time on Thursdays beginning March 14.

A new program at the arena is Tot-Drop-In. Looking for something to do with your little ones on Saturday mornings? Why not bring the kids to the indoor turf field and let them have a ball, literally. Beginning March 16 and running until May 4 from 10 a.m. 11 a.m.

This drop-in hour is unstructured time for kids 18 months to four years to just be kids and play around with balls, tunnels and other age appropriate items.

Tots can burn some energy while developing gross motor skills. There may still be snow outside, but the grass is green in Giorgetti Arena.

Fee to participate is $5 for an individual $10 for family, fees are per day.
