Ever wish your mom didn't throw out your childhood baseball card collection?
Here's a Civil War-era 1865 Brooklyn Atlantics baseball card worth more than its weight in gold. The photo card was found at a yard sale in Maine during the summer. It is now considered by Library of Congress experts to be one of the first photo sports cards ever printed in the world.
The Brooklyn team pictured on the card played in an amateur northeast U.S. league.
The card sold for $92,000 at an auction in Maine Feb. 6. An unnamed Massachusetts man made the winning bid.
