Members of the VUHS Commodore Booster Club presented businessman Brett Ward with a plaque in appreciation for his efforts in supporting the school.
Vergennes — The Vergennes Union High School Commodore Booster Club recognized Vergennes business owner Brett Ward during half time of the boys varsity basketball game at VUHS Jan. 3.
During 2012, Ward and his City Limits Night Club contributed $13,000 to the Commodore Booster Club.
Since 2001, Ward’s business has contributed a total of $215,000 to the booster club, and athletic programs.
Members of the Commodore Booster Club presented Ward with a plaque in appreciation for his efforts.
