Vermont State Rep. Greg Clark (R) of Vergennes, representing the Addison 3 District, died Nov. 30 as the result of an highway accident related to an early morning snow squall. Clarke apparently stopped along Woodman Hill in Waltham to clear his windshield of slush when he was accidently struck by a passing driver.
