The Middlebury Select Board discussed correspondence from residents Patrick Ganey and Ruth Hardy about winter maintenance of sidewalks, requesting that the Board consider a sidewalk shoveling policy, whereby residents would be responsible for shoveling the sidewalks in front of their homes.
