    STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE
    EARLY EVENING HOURS AS A COLD FRONT MOVES INTO THE REGION. WHILE
    WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED...BRIEF STRONG GUSTY
    WINDS AND SMALL HAIL WILL BE POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY FROM THE
    NORTHERN ADIRONDACKS EASTWARD INTO VERMONT. AT THIS TIME THE
    HIGHEST THREAT OF STRONGER STORMS APPEARS TO BE FROM ESSEX COUNTY
    NY EAST ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN VERMONT IN THE 4 PM TO 8 PM
    TIME FRAME. THOSE WITH RECREATIONAL PLANS OR SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
    OUTDOORS LATER TODAY AND THIS EVENING SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE
    POSSIBILITY FOR STRONGER STORMS AND THE ASSOCIATED THREATS OF
    LIGHTNING.
