    NORTHEASTERN RUTLAND...NORTHERN WINDSOR AND SOUTHERN ORANGE
    COUNTIES...
    AT 900 PM EDT...A LARGE AREA OF MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY HEAVY
    RAINFALL WAS LOCATED ACROSS ADDISON AND NORTHERN WINDSOR
    COUNTIES...DRIFTING SLOWLY NORTH TO NORTHEAST AT 5 TO 15 MPH.
    DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT SOME LOCATIONS ACROSS
    ADDISON AND NORTHWESTERN WINDSOR COUNTIES HAVE RECEIVED BETWEEN 1
    AND 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL OVER THE PAST 2 HOURS.
    MODERATE TO OCCASIONAL HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THESE AREAS
    OVER THE NEXT 1 TO 2 HOURS AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND
    IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. THERE MAY BE RAPID RISES ON SMALL STREAMS
    AND CREEKS.
    BE CAREFUL WHEN DRIVING. PONDING WATER ON ROADWAYS CAN CREATE
    DANGEROUS DRIVING CONDITIONS...AND HEAVY RAINFALL WILL REDUCE
    VISIBILITY.
