    THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BURLINGTON CONTINUES THE WINTER
    STORM WATCH...FROM SATURDAY EVENING THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON.
    * LOCATIONS...THE NORTHERN CHAMPLAIN VALLEY...AND PORTIONS OF
    NORTHERN NEW YORK AND PARTS OF CENTRAL AND NORTHERN VERMONT.
    * HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY DENSE WET SNOW.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...6 OR MORE INCHES OF HEAVY DENSE WET SNOW IS
    POSSIBLE. IN ADDITION...A MINOR SLEET AND ICE ACCUMULATION IS
    LIKELY...ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE HIGHER TERRAIN.
    * MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATE...UP TO 1 INCH PER HOUR...MAINLY EARLY
    SUNDAY MORNING.
    * TIMING...A MIXTURE OF RAIN AND SNOW WILL DEVELOP BY SATURDAY
    AFTERNOON...WITH SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN MIXING WITH THE SNOW AT
    TIMES SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY. THE WINTRY MIX WILL TAPER OFF
    TO SCATTERED VALLEY RAIN AND MOUNTAIN SNOW SHOWERS BY SUNDAY
    AFTERNOON.
    * IMPACTS...DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS DUE TO SNOW AND ICE
    COVERED ROADS. ALSO...ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES WILL BE POSSIBLE.
    * WINDS...NORTHEAST 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.
    * TEMPERATURES...LOWS AROUND 30. HIGHS AROUND 40.
    * VISIBILITIES...AS LOW AS A HALF MILE AT TIMES IN HEAVY SNOW.
