    STORM WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY EVENING THROUGH LATE
    TUESDAY NIGHT.
    * LOCATIONS...NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST VERMONT.
    * HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY SNOW.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES OF SNOW.
    * MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATE...UP TO 1 INCH PER HOUR...MAINLY TUESDAY
    MORNING THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON.
    * TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL BEGIN LATE MONDAY EVENING SPREADING
    NORTH OVERNIGHT AND INTO THE DAY ON TUESDAY. HEAVY SNOW WILL
    PERSIST THROUGH TUESDAY BEFORE ENDING AS SNOW SHOWERS TUESDAY
    EVENING.
    * IMPACTS...HEAVY SNOW WILL CAUSE DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS
    DUE TO SNOW ON ROADS AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES ON TUESDAY.
