    WEATHER ADVISORY FOR MUCH OF NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST
    VERMONT...ESPECIALLY AREAS ABOVE 1000 FEET...UNTIL 6 PM EDT THIS
    EVENING.
    * LOCATIONS...NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST VERMONT...ESPECIALLY
    ABOVE 1000 FEET.
    * HAZARD TYPES...SNOW.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 5 INCHES OF HEAVY DENSE SNOW.
    * MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATE...UP TO ONE HALF INCH PER HOUR...MAINLY
    THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH EVENING.
    * TIMING...RAIN WILL OVERSPREAD THE ADVISORY AREA EARLY THIS
    MORNING...THEN BEGIN TO CHANGE TO SNOW LATER THIS MORNING AND
    CONTINUE AS SNOW THROUGHOUT THE DAY TODAY.
    * IMPACTS...DIFFICULT TRAVEL IS EXPECTED AS WET ROADS BECOME
    SNOW COVERED DUE TO TEMPERATURES FALLING TO THE FREEZING MARK.
    THE ACCUMULATION OF SNOW WILL FURTHER IMPACT TRAVEL.
    * WINDS...NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
    * TEMPERATURES...LOWS IN THE LOWER 30S. HIGHS IN THE MID 30S.
    * VISIBILITIES...REDUCED UNDER A MILE EARLY THIS MORNING THROUGH
