    THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BURLINGTON HAS ISSUED A WINTER
    WEATHER ADVISORY FOR THE NORTHERN ADIRONDACKS...THE CHAMPLAIN
    VALLEY...AND CENTRAL AND EASTERN VERMONT...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
    UNTIL 10 AM EST THURSDAY. THE WINTER STORM WARNING HAS BEEN
    CANCELLED.
    * LOCATIONS...THE NORTHERN ADIRONDACKS...CHAMPLAIN VALLEY...AND
    CENTRAL/EASTERN VERMONT.
    * HAZARD TYPES...PERIODS OF LIGHT SNOW AND FREEZING DRIZZLE.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATION A COATING TO 2
    INCHES...ALONG WITH AREAS OF LIGHT ICING DUE TO FREEZING
    DRIZZLE.
    * MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATE...ONE INCH PER THREE HOURS.
    * TIMING...STEADY SNOW HAS TAPERED OFF TO LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS.
    AREAS OF FREEZING DRIZZLE ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AFTER MIDNIGHT
    LEADING TO SLICK TRAVEL CONDITIONS OVERNIGHT AND THROUGH THE
    MORNING COMMUTE TIME FRAME.
    * IMPACTS...TRAVEL CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE TO BE SLOW. SOME
    ADDITIONAL ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES ARE POSSIBLE DUE TO THE
    WEIGHT OF ALREADY FALLEN SNOW ON TREES AND POWERLINES.
