    THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BURLINGTON CONTINUES THE WINTER
    WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...FROM 1 AM TO 7 PM EST FRIDAY.
    * LOCATIONS...THE GREEN MOUNTAINS OF VERMONT AS WELL AS NORTH
    CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST VERMONT.
    * HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY WET SNOW.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES OF HEAVY WET SNOW.
    * TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE OVERNIGHT OVER THE HIGHEST
    ELEVATIONS...MAINLY ABOVE 1500 FEET FOR ALL AREAS IN THE
    ADVISORY THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY MORNING. LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE
    THROUGHOUT THE DAY ON FRIDAY BEFORE TAPERING OFF TO SNOW SHOWERS
    FRIDAY NIGHT.
    * IMPACTS...UNTREATED ROAD SURFACES WILL BECOME SLUSHY
    ESPECIALLY AT HIGHER ELEVATIONS. TEMPERATURES WILL DROP BELOW
    FREEZING LATE IN THE DAY ON FRIDAY WHICH WILL CAUSE SNOW
    COVERED AND ICY ROAD CONDITIONS.
    * WINDS...NORTHWEST 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.
    * TEMPERATURES...LOWS IN THE LOWER TO MID 30S OVERNIGHT. HIGHS IN
    THE MID 30S ON FRIDAY.
    * VISIBILITIES...VISIBILITIES COULD DROP TO 1/2 MILE AT TIMES.
